I think if you gave the rider a round shield, adjusted their weapon into the lean more, and accentuated features on the wolf to make them look more 'dire' it could help distinguish them from Awilix. And in my opinion, the skin really does look like a take on an Awilix skin- especially with the silhouettes.
Especially when the upper half of the body is what people will notice more since it juts out of the rest of the model. But in a game where everything can happen in an instance, looking closer isn't an option and silhouettes suddenly play much more of a hand in things. When you're looking close you'll definitely see the differences. But they still read similar to me as both a player and an artist.
The main difference to me is the the lower halves of the body and the tilt of their spines. Side-by side, and a visual representationof where I assume the skeleton is posed. That is definitely not how Awilix holds her SPEAR compared to them wielding their MACE AND AXE
